How to use Time Tracker
What does it do?
Tracks the time you spend on each task with one button, and sums it up by category.
What you need
A task name and category.
Steps
- Type what you are working on and its category.
- Press “Start”, then “Stop” when done.
- Review the summary by category.
- Download the CSV log for billing or analysis.
What you get
A log of every session and its length, plus a summary of where your time went.
Tips for better results
- The timer keeps running if you close the page and come back.
- Use fixed categories such as client names to make billing easy.
Requirements
Free for everyone, no sign-in needed. Runs in your browser and does not upload your files to any server.
