Files without a project, folder or tags, and a Pro plan.
Steps
- Press “Analyse my files”.
- Review and edit the suggestions.
- Untick anything you don’t want.
- Press “Apply selected”.

Files organised into projects and folders with clear tags.
Tips for better results
- Files are stored on the platform server in your account; nobody else sees them unless you share.
- Keep a copy of important files elsewhere too.
