How to use Version History
What does it do?
Keeps earlier versions of your files automatically so you can download or restore any old copy.
What you need
A file uploaded more than once under the same name, and a Pro plan.
Steps
- Upload the new copy with the same name in the same project and folder.
- Open the tool and pick the file.
- Review versions with dates and sizes.
- Download a version or press “Restore”.
What you get
The last 10 versions; restoring keeps the current copy as a version.
Tips for better results
- Files are stored on the platform server in your account; nobody else sees them unless you share.
- Keep a copy of important files elsewhere too.
Requirements
Needs sign-in and a Creator or Studio plan. Your data is stored on the platform server in your account; nobody else sees it unless you share it.
