How to use Smart Archive
What does it do?
Suggests files that haven’t changed for a while to archive, hiding them from the main list without deleting; restore anytime.
What you need
Files in your storage and a Pro plan.
Steps
- Set the number of days (e.g. 90).
- Press “Suggest files to archive”.
- Select files and press “Archive selected”.
- Open “View archive” to restore.

A cleaner workspace with an organised, restorable archive.
Tips for better results
- Files are stored on the platform server in your account; nobody else sees them unless you share.
- Keep a copy of important files elsewhere too.
